A park for everyone! Plenty of nature, picnic areas and the rushing water on the dam. Plus next door within easy walking distance is a community garden, and a dog park.

Sinclair Lewis Park 510 Park Rd, Sauk Centre, MN 56378

Sauk Centre’s largest park. Situated along the Southern shores of Big Sauk Lake, the park features a campground nearby. Visitors can enjoy a multi-age playground setup, complete with musical instruments suitable for all ages. For adults seeking relaxation, there is a gazebo next to a water fountain. Summer holds concerts in the park every Wednesday evening at the bandshell, which sports a beautiful mural by artist Roger Reinardy. Additionally, individuals of all ages can partake in fishing or take a leisurely stroll on the beach or the floating dock. The park offers a covered picnic shelter for large groups, restrooms nearby. Here you will also find the entrance to the Lake Wobegon Regional Trail “Where all the visitors are above average.”

Splash Pad / Skate Park / Challenge Park 101 Hickman Dr, Sauk Centre, MN 56378

The Sauk Centre Splash Park offers bathrooms, a shelter with electrical outlets, and picnic tables for visitors. Additionally, the area includes a skate park, workout area, soccer field, basketball court, and bike trails. Operating hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, weather permitting. This is the perfect spot for outdoor water fun with younger kids, featuring a covered building with picnic tables for a break from the sun. Children are easily visible, and the canopies provide shade. The park also boasts a fun play area nearby. Visitors can enjoy a cool off in the water and a ninja course at the playground. Amenities include picnic tables and restrooms.
